1. Data Collection

PDF Tools does not collect any personal information. We do not gather names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Data Storage

All files you import, create, or modify remain stored locally on your device within the app's sandbox. PDF Tools does not upload your documents to any server or cloud service. Saved signatures are stored locally as image files in the app's Documents directory.

3. Internet Access

PDF Tools works entirely offline. No internet connection is required for any feature. The app does not make any network requests, does not use analytics services, and does not connect to any external servers.

4. Third-Party Services

PDF Tools does not integrate with or use any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data. There are no ads, no analytics, no crash reporters, and no social sharing integrations.

5. Children's Privacy

Since PDF Tools does not collect any data from anyone, our practices are fully compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA. The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages.

6. Data Deletion

All your data is stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes all documents and saved signatures. You can also manually delete individual files through the app or the Files app on your device.

7. Permissions

PDF Tools requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

• File Access — to read PDF files you select for processing

No other permissions are requested or used.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
